How did they wrap it all up? I used to watch but then didn't have time for that show. Would catch a show every now and then but nothing consecutive.

Wilson was diagnosed with cancer initial treatment didn't work he has 5 months to live. House stuffed foremans toliet with season tickets he gave him and it clogged the plumbing causing major damage. cops figure out house did and his parole was revoked he will spend 6 months in jail.
Foreman gets the court to delay his return to jail but then takes it back after house gives his cases to other doctors to spend time with wilson.
House goes MIA for a couple days...he is in an abondoned bldg with a heorin addict getting high...the building is on fire too. He has visits from kutner, wilson's dead girlfriend, his exwife, and the girl employee who had married a dying man all trying to convince him live is worth living don't commit suicide. He gets up to leave and falls through a hole in the floor. He gets up again to leave only to see Wilson and foreman through the door windows. WIlson and foreman see the firey floor beam fall onto house and the area explodes in flames.
Coroner confirms dead body is House...funeral happens Wilson is in the middle of his euology spouting house house was an arrogant bastard and he gets a text message telling him to shut up idiot.
Wilson arrives at a place and house is sitting on the steps alive and well and basically says what do you want to do for your last 5 month of life scene change to the two riding off on motorcycles.
Foreman figures out house is still alive because house put his name tag under the wobbly table in foremans office...inside joke from earlier in episode

can't wait to just get it all on netflix and spend a few weeks watching all of the episodes.
