Just joined from the finest military construction unit in the US Navy: NMCB 40! I've been playing in the utilities field since 1991 and now it's time to take it seriously with a PE. So on my worldwide trips I'll post my experiences for any future reference and use your assistance from the forums.

Since 1991? Aren't you approaching (or beyond) a maximum age for joining the Navy? Just curious - congrats on starting something new!
