Can someone do me a favor and see if you can upload an image to the Gallery?

I am not sure if I am dumb or if its just not working?

Hey @Road Guy - couldn't find the update thread, is there a way to allow profile pics/avatars to be uploaded from a URL again?  Right now its file upload only.
