I did find the DVD series helpful. I was overwhelmed the first time around with all the content to be studied for the exam. What I actually ended up doing for the second exam was buying the DVD series and then I signed up for the local Civil PE review (through the Minnesota Society of Prof. Engineering - they didn't have an Environmental review) and going to the sessions that applied to the Environmenal PE exam (Open Channel, Fluids, Hyrdology, Econ, and the Civil Env. review). I had a really hard time studying straight from the EERM the 1st time around, so the DVDs and the MSPE review courses helped summarize the info I needed to know. The only thing the DVDs don't really go over is Environmental Remediation, I wish that topic would have been included.

The notes are from the professors that present the material. To be honest, all but the Air Quality notes were pretty much covered in the presentation slides. The Air Quality notes had a bunch of reference tables and example problems that were REALLY helpful.
