On the Electrical PE (Power) I have struggled in the past on the Electromagnetic Devices portion of the Rotating Machines section. What type of problems or where should I look for some help in this subject? Any help would be very much appreciated.

I would recommend Electrical Machines, Drives, & Power Systems by Theodore Wildi. In fact, that book should be one of your primary resources when studying for the power exam IMO. Another good reference that I used but wasn't necessarily a must for studying on the Power PE exam is Electric Machinery by Fitzgerald/Kingsley/Umans. HTH
