I passed the PE on my 2nd attempt. The first time I tried to do minimum work to pass. I wised up and bought the following books in Jan 08 and had no problem passing the April exam. If you study these materials for about 200 hrs (I took Transportation) you should be able to pass as I did. Just put in the time. I would say I'm just averagely smart. Contact at [email protected]
