3. NCEES Civil/Construction Practice Problems
Both the reference manuals are in great shape with very little writing in the books. The practice problems have writing all over the pages. I paid about $450 for everything, I'll ship it to you for $300.
On top - I'll throw in the printed OSHA manual. It cost me over $50 to print and bind it. I also have some more practice problems and review binders I'll throw in if you want to pay for the extra shipping.
