If you are using Goswami's All-In-One you should be able to compensate for those topics. It just depends what your depth is: if you're non-Geotech you should do fine without them provided you have Goswami's All-In-One.
Given I have some minor notes marked on a few pages, and it is missing the fore-said pages, I'll take $100 for it (new is $200) and you pay shipping (it weighs about 7.2 lbs). PM me with questions.
