I have passed the seismic exam this month May 2023 and I used Steven Hiner's workbook which is unmarked and is like new. I am selling it for 65$(got it for 130$). I have 3 sample test papers from AEI also(15$). Let me know if anyone is interested. I am in Sacramento region and can also ship it for the extra price anywhere in CA.
