AEl - Ahmed Ibrahim - Fundamentals of Seismic Analysis and Practice Exams - 6th Edition (will include print out of summary sheets in the binder): $120 shipped

AEI Ahmed Ibrahim - 4th edition - seismic practice exam: 50$ Shipped

Hiner - Seismic Design Review: $100 shipped

Binder of required IBC and ASCE-7 chapters as well as AEI summary sheets and my own cheat sheets: $30

I have written in them with pencil. So either you can erase or myself.
