California licenses by discipline (or branch) of engineering and a 'Plumbing Engineer' is not one of those. Maybe Mechanical Engineer or Fire Protection Engineer depending on that actual scope of work.

Understood. I know I did not list an official California title, but I think that Plumbing Engineers know who they are.
