I bought it a little while ago, it is brand new and the latest one (based on IBC2006). Now I am not going to take the exam, so need to sell it out. It's a must have for the CA PE Seismic exam, by Steven Hiner. Asking for $70 including standand shipping. Thanks!

 
is this the most recent version of the handbook? if it is, i am very interested. i am taking the exam this april so a reply at your earliest convenience would be greatly appreciated.
