I'm interested in suggestions for the best references for the PM bridge exams.

For vertical, I have

1.) CRSI and FHWA design examples for prestressed girder bridge. I'm pretty familiar with spliced PT construction and have resources for that as well.

2.) DOT (AZ, IL) examples for culverts and walls,

3.) FHWA and Caltrans steel design manuals.

For Lateral I'm a bit light, just have an IL DOT example and some Caltrans footing design along with the AASHTO seismic analysis section. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Also, tips on the most time efficient ways to study these design codes to be best prepared for the exam questions would be great. Thanks!

NCEES has some older structural practice exams that have great examples for footing and column design. I utilized those mostly for those problems.

When I took vertical exam last year, all I had for afternoon session were AASHTO and NCEES SE sample questions and solutions. All the solutions for the questions were from AASHTO.
