Anything TSO (Trans Siberian Orchestra).  If you ever have a chance to go see them live, I can't recommend it enough.  Hands down the absolute best live concert I've ever seen.  Took the kids to their first show a few years ago.  After the show I asked the 7yo what he thought and he just looked at me eyes as big as saucers and said' "that was amazing".  They still ask me every year around Christmas time about going to see them again.
