We are currently looking for a Planning and Support Manager to join our Military, Air and Information business area at RAF Coningsby. You will be responsible for the management, oversight and delivery of planning and document control functions to support all Base maintenance activity and to deliver a support service that enables maintenance to be performed in the most cost effective and compliant manner.
This role is challenging and interesting with the complexity around maintaining fast jets and managing relationships of both internal and external customers. To be successful in this position, you will need to have a strong desire to succeed with proven experience of driving changes and motivating others.
