Heiner's FAQ states that the page numbers won't match, but the section, tables, and figure numbering will be identical - is this other peoples' experience?
2018 IBC is cheaper and I'd rather purchase that, but if it's going to cause hiccups during testing, I'll splurge for the 2019 CBC.
