Are the PE exams easier now they they are computer based?

I've heard people say they have to make them easier, but am curious if anyone has any real knowledge of this?

The pass rates have generally gone up across all exams since they converted to CBT. Interpret that however you will.

I took both the FE and PE as CBT so I can't give an opinion on that. I will say, as daunting as taking the PE still was, it seemed exponentially more intimidating at the thought of needing to take any and all code books/notes/reference material and the possibility of being asked anything because you can take anything with you for the exam.
