I've had an unchecked box for "Board Approved to Test" for almost a full 2 months now...been checking PCS almost every day. Is PA always this slow??

So? If he did research for a licensed professor he should be able to count that as work experience.so a friend of mine recently told me that he applied for reciprocity in PA. He passed the PE in NJ in October '13. Apparently, PA does not accept limited design experience which is offset by a MS. They require a mandatory 4 years of experience. No deviation, even with an outside state license. AND, the experience is apparently counted from the date of the certificate, not the date which you took and passed the exam (FE).
