Oklahoma State University took 1st and 2nd in the American Institute of Aeronautics & Astronautics Design Build Fly competition once again. Teams design, fabricate, and demonstrate flight capabilities of an electric powered, radio controlled aircraft which can best meet a specified mission profile.
A friend on the Orange Team this year and spent thousands of hours to win the competition and to represent OSU to the best of their abilites.
The final points standings were:
1st Place - OSU Orange -- 20818 points
2nd Place - OSU Black -- 18480 points
3rd Place - Purdue -- 17984 points
4th Place - Texas -- 13649 points
5th Place - Cal Poly -- 13555 points
