ACI SP-4 formwork

Question 1)

I will buy the ACI SP-4 book listed under construction design references. I saw this one on amazon:

the one on amazon is 350 pages and the one on ACI site says 500 pages.

Which is theright book or does it matter? there is a price difference between them

and also is

ACI 347-04 Guide to Formwork for Concrete, 2004 (another book listed by ncees as design reference material for construction)

included within this book - in appendix for instance? because it says "in ACI SP-4, 7th edition appendix" on the construction depth exam specifications from ncees when it lists ACI 347 - 04

Good questions:

Question 1: They are the same book, the pages are not numbered so they probably just guessed on the page numbers.

Question 2: If you get the SP-4, you do not have to get ACI 347-04, like you stated ACI 347-04 is a appendix in the back of SP-4.
