I don't think anyone is surprised by this. Big Bro is everywhere. Look how quickly local authorities can request footage when tracking a suspect in question. The higher up the food chain the easier it is to just pluck the resources without notifying us.

I'm not concerned... if I don't want to be tracked, I don't register a vehicle. What's wrong with a bicycle or public transportation?
