Yep- got mine early this morning. Passed survey! Done with CA exams. Congrats to those who passed. AEI for seismic and CPESR for survey helped me pass both exams in the first go. Both have several hundred practice problems and the exams were very similar to those.

I took survey on April 6th (first attempt) - have mixed feelings, could go either way.. hopefully did enough to pass. Passed Seismic in December. I hope results are out by the 8th or 9th.

For Seismic I think with the AEI course + its practice exams, all the calculation problems and the simple code lookup problems become a breeze. The conceptual problems can be a hit or miss but if one gets almost all calc + code lookup problems correct, then you can afford to get most of the...

I also passed Seismic, thanks to AEI! would highly recommend it to anyone taking Seismic. On to surveying now.

California board seems quite slow with everything - not sure why a CBT result takes so long to release. It also took them several months just to review my application. Several other boards approved my comity P.E. application in less than a week.

I took Seismic on Dec 22nd. @smart : How do you know the results will be out today? I thought the it is usually the end of first week of beginning of 2nd week? So Jan 8ish?
