Does anyone know where to find the equations for foundation design? In both SoPE and EET, they mention equations that I can't seem to find in any of the reference books that are provided during the exam. Is this something that I would need to memorize?

I'm taking the EET structural depth and I can't figure out what code/area the soil pressure/foundation formulas come from. Would anyone know where they're located? Perhaps the course is just going too far in depth?
