    Do what works for you. It definitely takes 4 hrs per day or so as you really get into the studying towards the end.

    Know your references. Very important. Also, don’t forget the basics. For breadth questions I used only the handbook. Depth, I knew only half the questions roughly. Quarter of it, I could do it with references and I am pretty sure the last quarter send me searching the references multiple times.

    I didn’t take very much time to do it. It was from the practice problems, copy and paste. They are flash cards, mostly minimal writing. I read them Couple of times, I think it helped. Most importantly, I developed a strategy to come up with the right answer when there is too many confusing choices.
