I just got my license number

I called to ask a question about our licenses and some turd answered the phone after a decent wait. "They are busy and cannot answer any questions, please write an email"  I have 2 out unanswered.   This is the joy of being in one of the highest taxed states?

@JayKay PE I know I am bringing back an old thread, but same question for 2020.  How do you have visibility to the new license being granted?  Also do you have any info on licenses for 2020 in the state of New York?
