If the last two P&P is a version of CBT. it is nearly impossible to pass the exam just by using the NCEES manual. At the very least not for qualitative questions they are tough to find even with a proper reference. Let's see how it turns out in April. 

I have no idea, I took FE in 2016 and by that time it became CBT. I only had an electronic copy of the manual with a searchable option.

I brought it with me to the exam but didn't open it up. It's a good resource but you cannot answer theory questions with it. The number of theory questions might get reduced in the CBT and the difficulty like the FE exam. It's nearly impossible to pass the current PE exam format with just NCEES...

Environmental is down by 5%. How bad it's going to be in the next cycle being a CBT. Glad I passed. 😏

I am on it. Glad things are different now. I took FE right after my grad school and my state NC allowed me to sit for PE. 

I still need to wait couple of years to get me licence. That sucks. 

I had no clue on what and how to study. Posts from people like yours helped me a lot. I grounded my self for 6 weeks and I passed first time. I am happy for you. No more studying 🤷🏻‍♂️

@RBHeadge PE thank you very much sir, you are the best. I passed PE Environmental, first attempt with this groups help. I will soon post my experience and recommendations for future test takers. Congrats everyone who made it this time and there will always be an another chance for others.
