I totally agree. I took the HVAC portion myself, had all the tables from my thermo book printed and in color. Fundamentals of Eng Thermo, 7th edition, steam tables are in color, one color for IP and another color for SI.

Hvac/R taker here, I too felt the morning portion was a breeze. I finished with over an hour to spare. Of course that could mean bad news... Second half was considerably harder. They definitely tried to trick you on the questions with extra information.

I also brought ear plugs but ended out not needing them (Nashville TN). I agree the eraser was a pain... Took the mechanical HVAC. Went well I think. No matter how much I try to relax and take it easy, Definitely have been freaking out waiting on the results. And yes I'm refreshing the ncees...
