If the load is inductive with Ia lags Va by less than 30 degree, say there, then wattmeter  W1 = Ia . Vac cos (30 - theta)  And if Ia lags Va by more than 30 degree then W1 = Ia . Vac cos(theta - 30)  You can do the same for capacitive load to get the equation. Hope this helps.

Board website says allow them 60 days before contacting them. For mine they received on December 21 2017; cashed check on around Jan 3 2018; got a email regarding docs sent for technical review on Feb 13 2018 and finally received email that application is approved on March 9 2018 but not yet...

Latest license no issued as of Feb 16 2018 is 88869

Latest license no issued as of Feb 16 2018 is 88868

Application received by the board on 12/22/17. Check cleared on 1/3/18. Got email regarding technical review on 2/13/18. Let's see when will be the next update for pe licence. So far the latest license number reached is 88858.
