I noticed this form only lists the tests for 8 hour and surveying....so if I passed seismic as my last test, I don't need to submit this form?

I'm in your exact same situation...am I supposed to just wait now??? Help anyone? -_-

Same here... but people have said earlier this thread, this won't happen automatically, it'll still be some time before our names appear on database I believe. 

NCEES  ✔ Surveying  ✔ Seismic ✔ (FINALLY!!!) It definitely helped that I was on vacation in Mazatlan Mexico when I got the emails with the news. Congrats everyone!!! Finally CA Civil PE's!!!
