Yes, looks like the highest score i've seen with a failure in CS is 69. So that's 55/80 if no questions were thrown out. I think the lowest passing score was 56/80.

I work with a CS that failed with 69% (well their score according to TBPE was 69). I think they were probably one question shy of victory.
