Passed the power exam in WA, 2nd attempt. The Graffeo book (with a sample test) & CI tests seemed to make the difference for me this time around. Drill, drill,drill.

I think the general breakdown is accurate, it's the sub-categories that seems to vary. Not sure if I should be saying much more than that.

I finished an hour early in the AM, went back and guessed on the 2 questions I had no idea on, then reviewed some of the questions I had some doubt on. Seeing some of them for a second time, it was easier to pick out the 'trick.' Afternoon was definately tougher, well the first half of it...

It was concise and helpful. Especially in lighting design, of which I have zero experience. I wouldn't rely on it 100%, but I did find it useful. Some of the topics could be expanded on a bit. The test in the back is a bonus (I focused on doing a much practice tests as possible).

So I have the NEC 2008 version, does anyone think I should upgrade to the NEC 2011 for this fall's test? About to start hitting NEC hard for the last month of studying. Thanks! Erik
