    pcs states: is the state id# on pcshq your lic#?

    Im in MA Pcshq has a app# and state id# They sent me a letter saying app# is not lic# and to wait until lic# appears on state board website Anyone that has been notified of actual lic# is it the same as your state id#??

    rankine failure plane ? start where stem meets footing or bottom corner of footing?

    Ncees geotec problem 510 shows the failure plane originating at the "overturning point" at the bottom corner of the footing. Ncees geotec problem 528 shows the failure plane originating where the stem meets the footing. Which is right and why? Thanks
