    Take a look at the RUS manual for rural utilities.  We use 30 deg for our shield angles for all voltages, but small utilities and Co-ops follow the USDA RUS design guide.  Typically this governs lower transmission voltages (i.e. 69kV and 115kV)

    Agree.  Most used was Graffeo and the School of PE notes.

    Back of Book Graffeo Practice Exam

    I had Graffeo's book, Complex Imaginary, School of PE, and several other books and codes (NEC, NESC, etc.) on exam day.  I probably referenced Graffeo more than any other.  It has a good layout by exam section.   Best bet is tab, tab and when you think you're done....tab some more.
