I failed for the second time, 44/80 Civil Structural. So it seems I have a lot to work on if passing is at 70%. I took School of PE the second time and hardly studied the first time. School of PE helped me improve greatly on AM and agree with everyone that it's not that great for the PM portion...

I keep coming back to this and I might go down this route. Did you exclusively study out of the CERM? Was there any other problems you worked out? I feel like the best way for me to study is also to do as many problems as possible too.

I forgot to answer the OP's questions. Right now, I'm struggling with what material I would need to buy to study from and if taking a class is worth it. I'm leaning more towards going through as many example problems I can find as my method of studying but I feel so behind in the structural...

I'm also taking it for the first time in October too. Seems like I need to step up my game and start studying now too. I was planning on starting in July and enjoy my summer but I'm starting to feel antsy about it. Good luck to everyone waiting for exam results.

I'm considering doing this to avoid having to take the SE exam in Georgia. How difficult is it to get your Georgia PE after passing the AL exam? I'm wondering if it's worth it to just try to pass the SE exam in Georgia since I haven't had any experience in structural design in the last 4 years...
