I get only the result notice. Apparently if you got the diagnostic link you failed. Although, we can't be 100% sure until you've gotten the official word from NCEES... wish they'd hurry up ..

I don't have the diagnostic link... does this diagnostic link tell you anything? or is that timing out like the results link?
