    Tennessee Results

Passed Controls in Knoxville. Woo-hoo! Second attempt.... Taking that test was becoming a Halloween tradition (only offered once a year). 46/80 on first attempt. Don't know numbers on this test.

If the letters were mailed yesterday, some Tennessee results should be in hand today. Anyone?

PE Exam - CSE - Controls - Passing Grades??

Same story here. TN Oct 2010 CSE score = 46/80. I felt I did better this year, but the test was markedly different (didn't even open the NEC this year). Someone yesterday posted that Wanda stated the results would be mailed on Monday the 19th, 2 weeks earlier than last year. If you look at the...

PE Exam - CSE - Controls - Passing Grades??

I'm such a dope... I didn't even notice I was replying to the original poster. Anyway... It seems odd to give you the weighted score either way, but only the raw score if you fail. And, while I'm thankful they do, I don't quite get why Texas releases the weighted score, when 49 other states...

PE Exam - CSE - Controls - Passing Grades??

That would be incorrect in Texas. Since soClose69 said his/her score last year was a 61%/69%, the only reasonable conclusion is Texas. That is confirmed at the end of the post.

PE Exam - CSE - Controls - Passing Grades??

So a 49/80 (61%) was curved to a 69% last year. The 77% you got this year is the weighted score? What was the raw score?

    Why continue to censor?

One has to wonder why someone would want to reveal a specific question. All I could come up with is: 1. The person is peeved at the scope of the question (not within the particular field of study) 2. The person is peeved at the difficulty of the question. 3. The person feels the question is...

I'm really bummed.... (yes another pencil thread - sorry)

    Board Open

I've never considered myself dense, but I'm a little confused... I read the sticky about the dope who revealed a test question here, and I just re-read the candidate agreement. It's clear that revealing test questions is forbidden, but it doesn't appear that there's anything wrong with general...

Highest number of Questions right to fail?

The other thread has a large number of results posted. Why not just read that thread? Someone on that thread failed with a 54. I'll leave it to you to read it and determine which test the poster took.

    TENNESSEE - RESULTS Oct 2010

I'm working in Florida too - waiting for my mail to be forwarded. I wish I had taken the ISA Standards book. We don't use it in my industry, but you begin to understand its importance during the test when the questions starts, "According to Table 5c in the ISA Standards" (or whatever it said)...

Post October 2010 Diagnostic Report scores here if you failed

It MUST be percentage. There's no way they curve DOWNWARD. That's still the highest failing score posted here in any discipline. That would be a 54/80.

Where did you get that list? That is soooo last year. It's missing like 17 states. If you're going to update the list, at least use a current one.
