Dumb question...but is there anyone that failed the 2012 October PA exam? Everyone on here said they passed!

For those who took the test last October and waited weeks after every other state...remember, they used the same "system error" excuse then! I think the system error is human system error, not electronic system error.

How much different are the second edition Spin-UP exams than the first edition? I can get the first edition for pretty cheap, but I don't know if I should pay the extra for the second edition.

I did not pass the Power PE last October and wanted to take it again this October in Pennsylvania (PA). What is the process to take the exam again and when do I need to do this? Last time I needed to fill out the application to be approved for the exam, but I don't think I need to do this...

Does anyone know the rules for PA concerning this?

For PA Just the booklet is okay though...meaning, I don't need to copy it all and put it in a binder?

Just wanted to verify something: can you take the NCEEs Practice Exams into the actual exam?
