How should an hourly employee fill this out? Maybe have an hourly rate column? At my company, only the shareholders are salaried (small private firm). Also, a 'company size' column may be interesting as well.

Yeah. The website let me reschedule at a different test center. Fingers crossed that this exam date sticks. 

They just cancelled my July 2nd exam. Yes, I checked. Never received a refund.

Just got a new ATT and was able to schedule my exam in early July. Still had to pay ~60$ fee. I may call prometric and request a refund for that. I think I got it early because my exam date was like four days after the shelter in place order.

Well, Monday is the most common followed by Wednesday. The average day of the month is the 11th or 12th. So, I agree with you.

Is anyone here also still studying for seismic in the meantime? I was hoping to pass survey first as a confidence boost. At this point, it is just hard to focus on studying until the results are out.
