What do you do when you need to bug out a little early or take a long lunch in these open space environments? I have an old phone that I keep in a drawer and leave it charging so people think I just stepped away, or is in one of the never ending meetings, because gasp, no one leaves their phone...

What are some of your thoughts on the custom made insoles you can get at the independent running stores?  I have high arches and would like to try them but at $80 bucks I thought I would see if anyone has given them a try.

Mostly just a small firm where the owner comes out and tell you whats up that day, if your on the **** list or not.  Just moved to a larger firm, I don't know how people put up with this. Maybe most engineers that come out of big box firms don't have the right personality traits to be in...
