saw in VA board - got results yesterday from PCS and letter was dated 17th (last thurs) hopefully today if not tomorrow for sure

I was wondering in this specific scenario, do you let your wife open and read the results to you over the phone or do you wait to open it yourself....tough call, I think I would want to open it for myself.

I jsut heard from a friend who said people in his company from a western PA office recieved their results?! can anyone from pittsburgh confirm this??

I have a different view I guess, just because the company will not benefit or promote you to a PE position doesnt mean you can't or shouldn't use the initials behind your name. The PE represents professional credentials you earned not a position your employer hands to you like in a promotion...

in the future, i probably wouln't post the persons full name who you dealt with, she might read this board and become very unfriendly towards future examinees. Any cooperative contact at PCS or NCEES is worth keeping in good graces with!!!

well I had emailed her this week and got a similar response to "the Man" and cosistent with the way i read her response to you, that results would be mailed friday and monday, but if it helps here is her EXACT response to my email... "We hope to mail them Friday and Monday."

NO! just kidding - you will have to do the masters thing and even then it is up to the approving board if your "experience" qualifies and is accepted. My first application in PA was rejected b/c i primarily worked on the construction side but at the time and had 9+ years of experience.

PCS stands for Professional Credential Services, Inc. they are the administrator of the PE results for several states, I know for sure PA, maybe CT and i thought NJ as well. In PA I believe the result come directly from them. I though NJ would be the same way

for PA examinees we recieved update from PCS yesterday that letters are going out friday and monday! could be the same for you peeps in NJ

PA is PCS state as well and the latest response from PCS is they were stuffing letters friday and monday to go out. so could be the same for CT.
