That's something I've been thinking of doing, could you upload a copy of that master index, I'd like to see how you put that together. Was the CERM you're main source of information during the exam or was something else primary?

While reading/working-through chapters 17, 18, and 19 of the CERM example and practice problems you get a lot of experience using the Appendices you're after.

I asked the Missouri Board about the using of my full middle name. I was told that, however your name appears on the last page of your application, the page that is Notarized, that is how your name will appear on your stamp. So I'd have to sign my first, middle, and last name each time.

You only need 2 non-PE personal character letter references. So in total you need 6 people backing you up. 1 Supervior PE. 3 Reference PEs. And 2 Non-PE references.

The M&E is over 1800 pages long. Chapter 8 has the intro to the activated sludge process but the chapter had 10 long subsections. I guess our best bet is to go over as much as possible. Would be great if I knew at what subsection to move on so I'm not wasting time.
