    Success!  Been eating like a bird, keeping carbs low, and running.  Yesterday I fasted and it wasn't as bad as I was expecting.  In all, I lost seven pounds last week and officially weighed in this morning below 200 lbf.  I feel better and I noticeably pinch less around the midsection.  Onward...
