This sounds like party line, notice the quote from last April ^^^^ I still believe the DLLR website will be updated by end of June (at least for PE results) and the mailings and/or FE results will come mid-July. Gotta have faith...or alcohol.

Hopeful, Do you know who you spoke with at the board? If you read last April's results thread, similar things were said. It is sort of the company line. The board secretary has been straightforward in the past.

I have heard similar things, except that it will only affect FE results. PE results are still targeted for end of June. But who knows, what's true today could be a lie tomorrow!!!

It is also possible that NCEES mailed AZ results before SC.

Anyone heard anything about Maryland?

Whispers in the wind say MD can expect results from the end of June to beginning of July...just like every year. Oh well...wait...wait...wait.....

Would this mean that other test takers (i.e. FE, PE, PS) got their results today in MI? Let us know! And error_matrix, congrats! :multiplespotting:

So much for 3 weeks early! Maybe 2 weeks early? I am guessing no. :brickwall: How about a new post titled "April 2008 results 3 months late due to new software" Now that's more like it! Hopefully this new software wasn't written by M$

The only real additional reference I wish had with me was more on Software Engineering. I was surprised on how much software related questions there was. Also, a book on Operating Systems would've helped. As for my other comment, make sure your books include the latest protocols and...

Anyone from MD hear anything about how the EIT delay will affect the PE exam results?

I will add to the chorus that says the GPA is mostly important when getting that first job out of college. In fact, the Johns Hopkins program I am in for my MS does not even give out an official GPA. You must get A's or B's to graduate however, no Cs. If you have a decent GPA like 3.25 or...

So what does everyone think, was the April 2008 Computer Engineering exam easy or hard? Anyone with "past" experience that can compare would be appreciated.

Does anyone know what Maryland's P.E. certificate look like? Is it like the EIT certificate? I was proud of that EIT certificate, then I noticed it looked exactly like my barber's haircutting certificate.

Last year MD results were online on July 1st. With this supposed "software upgrade" that could push it to early June. Its a crap shoot really.

I wonder how the Maryland P.E. candidates will be affected from the fact that the EIT exam has been rescheduled for May? Will we get results sooner since the board will have less paperwork to shuffle? Or will we be delayed until the EIT results are in? Argghhhh, the agony of "the wait!"
