    FE Calculator Opinions

At first I was dissapointed that I could not use my beloved TI-89, but to be honest, the Casio FX-115EX (the one that advertises "natural display") is an awesome calculator. I highly recommend getting this calculator (If you need to buy something else on Amazon, it qualifies for free shipping...

Illinois PE Exam Materials Allowed in Test (HELP!)

The new PERM, "..for the Electrical and Computer PE exam"? I just want to make sure I am referencing a valid book in my studying process. Last thing I would want to happen is me getting used to this book and finding out I can't use it in the exam.

Illinois PE Exam Materials Allowed in Test (HELP!)

Illinois PE Exam Materials Allowed in Test (HELP!)

Seriously...what the heck? I am not a civil or structural engineer, but I am wondering how the "Electrical Engineering Reference Manual", a "Schuam's Outline", or any textbook (since nearly EVERY textbook has solved problems in it) would fall in this category...

EE considering Control Systems PE exam (as well as General EE) advice?

I am a recent EE graduate who passed the FE exam (took the Electrical afternoon exam) in October 2011. I am debating between the Electrical and Electronics PE exam and the Control Systems PE exam. It looks like a lot of my work will be in the I&C area, so I am leaning pretty heavily...
