I received my Masters (MSEE) from Naval Postgraduate School.  It is ABET accredited, but it only gives advanced degrees.  When I was on the ABET committee at USNA, I asked the question and never got a good answer.  My theory is that if a school meets the criteria to have an accredited BS...

There are several hotels near the NRG Center/Stadium.  When I took the PE there back in the dark ages, we were allowed to go into the parking lot for the "lunch break". 

In my travels, I never visited that part of Iraq.  Like most of Sadam's water projects, they were built well by Europeans.  That is the only reason most of them have not failed yet.  Good Luck
