Hello everybody . I have a problem with application to find five references from individuals , at least three of which must be currently licensed as a professional engineer.I have many friends engineers but no one PE licensed. Someone had a similar problem and how did you solve it . Thanks a lot .

I just want to say that i have been in the USA for two and half years and no one of my friends engineers is PE licensed . So how can I find them .
