Many projects out there now require special inspections and specs require field inspectors to be ICC certified. I seem to remember hearing some time ago that if one was an Engineering Intern, that they did not need to take ICC certs. I'm sure you don't need them as a PE. I can't find where this...

I couldn't have done it without a review course. I took the online ASCE class. It wasn't cheap, but was money well spent now.
