Does this account for fixed ends though? It seems that here the shear is non-zero, but the slope is. Looks like this might capture some, but not all places.

Yeah I've used ear plugs every time I've taken one of these exams. Note that if you do, they should be individual earplugs (not connected with a string, ect.) The proctors will instruct you to cut it off.

While this is true in many states, it is NOT true in California. The exam site listed was San Diego....

No matter how quickly they turn out the results, people will still be displeased becasue, "It just isn't quick enough!" My best advice is assume you passed and enjoy life away from the books. Consider it a vacation of sorts. The more your state lags, the longer of a "vacation" you have.
