Well as a woman here is my perspective.....When I went to aTm, about 90% of the people in my junior/senior classes were all men. Very, very few females.....so where are the majority of the women located on campus?? What major....duh, education. LOL. So they always rolled to that side of campus.

As long as you are looking for entry level positions then you should be okay. Don't give up! I know some parts of the country are still hit by the recession, but still keep searching. The job market is picking up, and the engineering market down in Houston is booming....

The only thing that I hate about working from home...is that you are ALWAYS technically at work.....The good thing about my job is that I can leave work at work, and pick it up again when I get there. Just a thought....
