People who have taken the state exam in the past have said that the NCEES e-mail came ~1:30pm. They work until 5pm, so I'd give up hope if it hasn't happened by then. 

@fireguy what is this showing? multiple people assigned to the same number? 

@Cinnamon last time didn't they post one day and released the next? This time they've posted the same thing 2 days in a row, so I'm not expecting them today. If they were gonna release the results today, I don't think they would have posted anything today as well. Slight chance it happens...

Ahhh ****! I was really hoping that today would be the day based on historical data. It really looks like it will be Thursday then. I CAN'T HANDLE THIS ANYMORE!

@Habib how do you guys check this? I go to the license lookup website and I can only search by name and license number. I can't filter by discipline, and whenever I click "find" with no fields populated (to see the total number of licenses) the results time out because I am assuming the request...

I just called too and then saw your post. I asked her if she had any info about when they'll be released, and she said she had no idea. She knew other states had begun releasing the results, but she said that they needed more time to process everything, so she wasn't sure. She said keep checking...
